Go to /login and sign in with the address your handset registers with.
Where the address you are visiting already names your organisation, the bare number works: 911001. The same page takes staff email addresses. It tells the two apart by what you type — digits and a PIN is you; letters and a password is a supervisor — so the secret box becomes a numeric PIN as soon as the address looks like an extension. The agent sign-in page

If it does not work

The message is always the same: extension or PIN is incorrect. That is deliberate — a form that said “no such extension” would tell somebody which numbers exist — so it does not tell you which half was wrong. Things to check, in order:
1

The domain

1001 alone only works when the site already knows your tenant. If in doubt, type the full 1001@yourdomain.
2

The PIN

Not your SIP password. They are different secrets: the PIN signs you into this panel, the SIP password registers your handset.
3

Too many tries

Repeated wrong PINs are rate limited. Wait, rather than trying faster.

Changing your PIN

If yours was set for you, the first sign-in takes you straight to a change-PIN page. You can change it later from the same place.
Signing out returns you to the door you came in by, so you will land back at the agent sign-in rather than the staff one.
